The foreman did a very attractive job. The installation crew was polite, punctual- explained everything every step of the way. Along with the Design Specialist Tim was very accommodating, I've been late for several appointments and he has always been gracious. Explains the information thoroughly.To add the office staff is incredible, each time I had called I've received well explained and prompt answers to the action.

The service technician was excellent and answered all of the questions. The Staff in the office was very professional and helpful. There were no changes made after the installation and I would recommend Adirondack Basement Systems.

I am so relieved that all of the work is done and done so well! I am no longer "afraid" of my own basement. I believe that I could resell my house if I wanted to much more easily. And, if another "Irene & lee" storm comes, I will do fine. You get what you pay for- but I got even more than that. The crew was excellent. The foreman, Jason, was on top of everything and a great communicator. I felt respected. He is truly an excellant employee- treat him well and retain him! The Design Specialist, Matt, was thorough and had great knowldege. He was honest, respectful, and did not use pressure tactics.

Everything was very successful, the installation, Crew and the office staff. Everyone knew what they were talking about and were always very helpful. The reason for choosing Adirondack Basement Systems is due to the process and options.

We are very pleased with the way the basement came out. We had mold & crumbling walls, the floor was in poor condition and it was always damp. Now it's like we have a whole new area in the home where we can finally store things and it smells good!  the windows, floor, and BrightWall look great! They also did a nice job on the outside of the windows with cement around the foundation.  I used to hate going down there and now I can even walk in my basement without shoes on.  Great job!
