Your service technician is very professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, and neat. Along with that the service technician explained everything very well. There is nothing that could be done differently. The office staff is very polite, well spoken and have a pleasant voice. "Doug was very thorough and very clear.  He answered all my questions when he visited my house and he quickly and clearly answered follow-up email and voicemail questions.  Chris and his crew were polite, professional, and hard-working.  The crew worked hard and carefully, and left the basement in excellent condition.  The landing at the top of the basement stairs could have been cleaned better.  I should note that my basement is/was clay/mud and the work crew was very careful.  Chris and his crew were VERY polite, VERY informative, and they worked very hard and carefully.  They were willing to explain and discuss what they were doing and why they were doing it."

We are so pleased with our dry basement.  This summer season we put it to the test and it passed with flying colors! We wish we had done something in our previous house.  It should be the first thing homeowners focus on. A damp basement smells, is unhealthy, and creates damage to items stored there as well as floors above.
