We are very pleased with the way the basement came out. We had mold & crumbling walls, the floor was in poor condition and it was always damp. Now it's like we have a whole new area in the home where we can finally store things and it smells good!  the windows, floor, and BrightWall look great! They also did a nice job on the outside of the windows with cement around the foundation.  I used to hate going down there and now I can even walk in my basement without shoes on.  Great job!

"Original project was for two inserts and one slider. Day of installation came and I was told that inserts wouldn't fit and I would get three window sliders. It worked out fine, but a heads up explaining the change before installation would have been nice.
