From our initial meeting, until the end of our basement project, Tim was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help us assess and make decisions about mold damage we found in our basement that we weren't expecting. He even stopped by to meet with a contractor from another company who had some questions about prep work that needed to be done before Adirondack Basement could get started. Tim was straight forward and honest, and as a result we were able to confidently make the right decisions about what to do with our basement, and we are now enjoying a lovely new family room. I had Adirondack Basement Systems install their wall system to cover water damaged, poured concrete walls, one basement window was replaced and I purchased a commercial dehumidifier. They are a very professional company that has their own array of basement waterproofing products. After years of water problems, I thought my basement was in horrible shape. Their lead salesman informed me that it was not bad at all. They could have sold me more products (e.g. new French Drain, sump pumps,) but informed me that mine were in good condition and they were not necessary purchases. From that point on, they called and emailed regularly to follow-up on scheduling and other details- including my satisfaction with the service every step of the way. The workers were as advertised- courteous, hard-working, and very clean. I highly recommend this company for anyone who wants to deal with their water issues in their basement and/or improve the appearance of their basement. For 26 years, my basement always stressed me out. Now I'm proudly showing it to everybody!

He probably overdesigned and then came back with Richard and they reduced the solution to only what they thought was necessary. They didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. - Was our office team efficient and knowledgeable?      She talked us through an electrical problem the next day & moved up our appointment half a month. Couldn't be more pleased with Joy - How did you hear about us? Have you seen our name anywhere else?      Don't remember, but you did a job a couple years earlier - Overall, what were the top two reasons you chose us over another company?      We had some contractor that we called first who even I knew was bogus so then we called you guys and just listening to Richard convinced us! - Other comments?      If I was doing it again, I would extend the outdoor piping a little further as the lower backyard gets wet and I am not 100% convinced that there isn't a leak between the piping and the grate at the end because the soil is damp a couple of feet up the line. I made a skinny ditch past the exit which I think is a partial solution. The inside work I would say is perfect. We just had a big thunderstorm and I had no concerns. The office staff are so quick and accommodating. And your estimators & installers all deserve raises!
