I did not return the survey that was sent to me back in February of 2012 as I wanted to see how well the SaniDri and TripleSafe pump system worked,

I want to tell you that the SaniDri has shown a vast improvement by reducing the dampness and mold/mildew in my basement. The TripleSafe pump system is so quiet that I did not think it was working until I went outside at a time when we had received a fair amount of rain in the Spring and found that the ground around the outlet was wet.

1 of your technicians, Mike, was here on March 1 to conduct the preventative maintenance of the SaniDri and TripleSafe pump system. I appreciate the fact that he explained a few things to me regarding the SaniDri in that I should vacuum off the screen that sits above the filter, which I will do. Mike left a filter with me and stated that I should replace the filter in 6 months, if needed. He explained to me what I need to look for on the filter and how to replace it. He also took the time to explain a few things about the pump system that I had asked him about.
