"We would give Will a 10 star. He was polite, prompt, and explained what he was doing. It did take him longer but he was working alone and was very meticulous which is what I would expect. He takes pride in what he was doing even if it was a messy job. I give him a lot of credit to work so hard in a crawlspace by himself. Crawling in and about gathering tools and materials without someone to help him in a tight area was totally admirable. He did not do a slap it up job just to get it done.
