This is my 4th project with Adirondack. They also service my system every year- and send me a reminder postcard.

During the heavy rains we had at the beginning of JULY, I called Adirondack with a small issue. Kevin (the owner) was going to be in the area and came right over.

Come to find out it was water squirting over the system onto the floor. We evaluated the situation and concluded that a vapor barrier was the best solution. Plus it was going to give me a finished look. So we scheduled it on the spot. Kevin was very concise and clear on why the problem was happening and what we can do to solve it.

Joy in the office is always very pleasant and helpful.
The installation crew arrived when they said that they would. They were very courteous and efficient.  I especially appreciated them laying the dropcloths from the front door to the top of the steps!!!
