I was very satisfied with the installation- the system is neat and hopefully will work well when the next flood comes.  It has given me a worry free feeling. The clean up was satisfactory- all concrete debris was removed from basement and floor was swept clean. Sean's installation crew worked very hard, were pleasant, and completed the job on time. Richard Keigley had an excellent presentation and explained everything thoroughly.  I spoke to Joy and Carla in the office on numerous occasions, they were always pleasant and helpful. I chose your company because: the presentation was impressive, complete packet of information, and the discussion I had with existing customers. He also explained what he was going to do to maintain it very well. Please contact me next year to have system maintenance. Your office staff is very courteous, caring, and has a positive attitude. With the DRY BASEMENT, we can now use it for storage!

Your service technician was on time, polite and appeared knowledgeable. Everything was absolutely explained. At this time there is nothing that could be done differently with future service.
