I want to thank you for the great job you did in our basement. This completed what we started several years ago. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner. Although there were a couple of things I perceived to be as problems, there was a quick response to resolve and explain why these things are this way. We are extremely satisfied. The clean-up was absolutely perfect. The installation crew was terrific, I have never seen two people work harder. The Design Specialist and the presentation was very good. He was able to explain what was wrong and how this would correct the problem. The office team was very knowledgeable. They were helpful in scheduling around my limited availability. After seeing you at the home show and after Doug's presentation, we did not even think to contact another company. I am confident that my basement will stay dry now and since having this done there is definitely an improvement in the smell of my basement!

1.  Overall satisfaction with our company: Company was easy to work with. Appointments were on-time and "heads up" calls were made to notify me of impending arrivals. When we found that follow-up work was necessary, manager Robert Ramsey (who we saw at the Halfmoon Home Show) was quick to put us in touch with Matt, who quickly scheduled the follow-up visit.   2. Experience with call representative: Professional. Was introduced to company at Albany home show.   3.  Office Staff: Professional. Appreciate that calls were returned in a very timely manner and all questions were readily answered.   4. Salesperson and sales presentation: Bill Seabridge performed thorough on site evaluation. Price was within ballpark of our expectations.   5.  Our installation crew: Mike Cooradt arrived on time. Cleaned up crawl space and insulated. Returned a second time, no questions asked, when we still had minimal airflow that had not been insulated the first time. 6.  The cleanup process: All materials were removed and disposed of, without any mess left behind. 7.  What made you choose our company: Had been wanting to insulate our basement crawl space for years. Saw your booth at 2016 Albany Home Show and talked to a rep. Followed up with a call and on site visit. Thought the solution would work for our space and price was within our expectations. Also appreciated the 7% coupon and the professional material that was sent to us. 8.  Suggestions for Improvement: Can't think of any
