I was very satisfied with the installation that you guys have completed. The clean-up was satisfied. The installation crew was very good. I do think that the office team was knowledgeable. The reason I chose Adirondack Basement Systems over any other company was due to your products.

When you told me 3 years ago that my entire cellar would be mold and odor free after installing a SaniDry dehumidifier, I must admit i was skeptical. After 3 years of experience with this product, however, I am more than satisfied. Not only is my cellar mold and odor free-- as you stated-- the dehumidifier is so efficient that my wife routinely dries clothes in the cellar. Obviously, you didn't give me an exaggerated sales pitch. So naturally, when i had problems with my sump pump, i considered no other basement specialist. You came to my house promptly after i called and thoroughly and honestly analyzed my entire drainage system, not just the sump. Also, I had been thinking about installing a battery back-up to my sump pump to spare me the messy job of mopping my cellar floor the next time i lose power, but i had questions about its reliability in a prolonged power outage. Your answers convinced me that you had a reliable product. This time I didn't question your appraisal. I am having your UltraSump Battery Back Up Pump installed as soon as possible along with a new sump pump.Thanks for your service Frank

I am very satisfied with install. The cellar area has taken on a whole new look!  The entire process was done with a minimum of dust, dirt, and debris. Cleanup was done thoroughly. The crew was very knowledgeable and professional. They were a pleasure to have working in our home. Ron was the professional in assessing the problem and explaining the steps needed to be taken to remedy the situation. He inspires confidence in ADK. I had Adirondack Basement Systems install their wall system to cover water damaged, poured concrete walls, one basement window was replaced and I purchased a commercial dehumidifier. They are a very professional company that has their own array of basement waterproofing products. After years of water problems, I thought my basement was in horrible shape. Their lead salesman informed me that it was not bad at all. They could have sold me more products (e.g. new French Drain, sump pumps,) but informed me that mine were in good condition and they were not necessary purchases. From that point on, they called and emailed regularly to follow-up on scheduling and other details- including my satisfaction with the service every step of the way. The workers were as advertised- courteous, hard-working, and very clean. I highly recommend this company for anyone who wants to deal with their water issues in their basement and/or improve the appearance of their basement. For 26 years, my basement always stressed me out. Now I'm proudly showing it to everybody!

From our initial meeting, until the end of our basement project, Tim was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help us assess and make decisions about mold damage we found in our basement that we weren't expecting. He even stopped by to meet with a contractor from another company who had some questions about prep work that needed to be done before Adirondack Basement could get started. Tim was straight forward and honest, and as a result we were able to confidently make the right decisions about what to do with our basement, and we are now enjoying a lovely new family room. Our basement was an eyesore prior to installation of your system.  Now the floor feels drier, the sump pumps are working well and the air smells dry. We can now use the basement as a room for entertaining and dry storage.  It's nice to do business  with a company that keeps their word about customer service and are reliable for their dates/times etc.  Your crew was courteous & respectful and they answered all of my questions well.  My design specialist explained the systems components well and without high pressure.  I have already recommended your company to a neighbor.

I was very satisfied with my installation.  The installation crew was very polite and thorough in their work and explanations at what they were doing- outstanding! My Design Specialist, Larry, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful through all phases of our contact from initial appointment to end of installation.  The office team was efficient and knowledgeable.  The materials I was mailed after setting up my estimate arrived very quickly and were very comprehensive. I can't say enough good things about Larry and Sean. Larry did not try to pressure me into buying anything- he took the time to show me all options I had available to me and the decisions were mine to make. He provided outstanding product knowledge and showed genuine concern for my particular situation. Sean was an outstanding foreman.
