The installation crew were very polite, considerate and generally a pleasure to work with. They left no mess!!! My design specialist Richard Keigley is very responsive to all of our needs, as is  the office team and very friendly. We chose Adirondack because of REPUTATION and REPUTATION!!!This is our 2nd project with Adirondack Basement Systems. We are very happy with the 1st installation, hence the callback for the 2nd portion.. I DO NOT anticipate any problems, everyone is GREAT from the office staff to design team to installers!!!Thank you!!!

So far the system has been great! No more puddles!  The dehumidifier is awesome.  It's a pleasure to walk in the basement and not have it be smelly and damp.  After the latest rain I went to check the basement and not a sign of water!

From our initial meeting, until the end of our basement project, Tim was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help us assess and make decisions about mold damage we found in our basement that we weren't expecting. He even stopped by to meet with a contractor from another company who had some questions about prep work that needed to be done before Adirondack Basement could get started. Tim was straight forward and honest, and as a result we were able to confidently make the right decisions about what to do with our basement, and we are now enjoying a lovely new family room. We noticed our hanging laundry in the basement is now dry in half the time.  The RH declined from about 64% to 42%!  We are very satisfied with our SaniDry unit.

Adirondack Basement Systems installed a drain around the perimeter of two basement areas, put in two new sump pump systems, and installed a dehumidifier. I also had a vapor barrier installed and two windows replaced. The team was puctual and professional, as neat as possible (jack-hammering is very messy business) and finished on time. Upon completion, they took the time to thoroughly explain the system and its maintenance. Dealing with this company was a pleasure. The only reason I wouldn't give this company straight A's is that they are a bit pricey, but I have no regret paying extra for the quality system they installed. The air quality of my entire home had improved drastically- it was worth every penny!

"Adirondack's sump system seemed to be a superior design to handle our particular basement water problem. After one year, with probably less rain and spring melt than normal, we've had no water in the basement, with the exception (twice in the past year) of water that has apparently seeped in one location through the block wall and down a firing strip behind the wall paneling onto a very small area of the cement floor. Ron installed a plastic piece to direct the the seepage from the firing strip to the block wall behind the plastic wall system instead of the seepage running along the bottom of the firing past the plastic wall system onto the concrete floor."
