With all of the rain we have not had a drop of water in the basement!

Your installation completely stopped a problem we had for years. Water would seep into the outside window wells and we had to go out with a bucket and empty them.  The water would flow over the window sills and down the walls. Since your system was installed - NO MORE PROBLEM!  Dry walls and floors! Thanks again!

Your service technician is very professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, and neat. Along with that the service technician explained everything very well. There is nothing that could be done differently. The office staff is very polite, well spoken and have a pleasant voice. Mike came and serviced my dehumidifier.  He explained the service, and was very informative.  You're office is also excellent. They're very courteous and friendly. I'm grateful that the moisture and mildew smell is GONE!  The air is more fresh in basement and i love the idea of not emptying buckets of water from a dehumidifier! Very much impressed by product presentation and followup information from initial meeting with the designer. I was very satisfied with the efficient and quick turn-around time.
