March 4, 2013   I did not return the survey that was sent to me back in February of 2012 as I wanted to see how well the SaniDri and TripleSafe pump system worked, I want to tell you that the SaniDri has shown a vast improvement by reducing the dampness and mold/mildew in my basement. The TripleSafe pump system is so quiet that I did not think it was working until I went outside at a time when we had received a fair amount of rain in the Spring and found that the ground around the outlet was wet. 1 of your technicians, Mike, was here on March 1 to conduct the preventative maintenance of the SaniDri and TripleSafe pump system. I appreciate the fact that he explained a few things to me regarding the SaniDri in that I should vacuum off the screen that sits above the filter, which I will do. Mike left a filter with me and stated that I should replace the filter in 6 months, if needed. He explained to me what I need to look for on the filter and how to replace it. He also took the time to explain a few things about the pump system that I had asked him about.

I had Adirondack Basement Systems install their wall system to cover water damaged, poured concrete walls, one basement window was replaced and I purchased a commercial dehumidifier. They are a very professional company that has their own array of basement waterproofing products. After years of water problems, I thought my basement was in horrible shape. Their lead salesman informed me that it was not bad at all. They could have sold me more products (e.g. new French Drain, sump pumps,) but informed me that mine were in good condition and they were not necessary purchases. From that point on, they called and emailed regularly to follow-up on scheduling and other details- including my satisfaction with the service every step of the way. The workers were as advertised- courteous, hard-working, and very clean. I highly recommend this company for anyone who wants to deal with their water issues in their basement and/or improve the appearance of their basement. For 26 years, my basement always stressed me out. Now I'm proudly showing it to everybody!

Our basement was an eyesore prior to installation of your system.  Now the floor feels drier, the sump pumps are working well and the air smells dry. We can now use the basement as a room for entertaining and dry storage.  It's nice to do business  with a company that keeps their word about customer service and are reliable for their dates/times etc.  Your crew was courteous & respectful and they answered all of my questions well.  My design specialist explained the systems components well and without high pressure.  I have already recommended your company to a neighbor.

I was very satisfied with my installation.  The installation crew was very polite and thorough in their work and explanations at what they were doing- outstanding! My Design Specialist, Larry, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful through all phases of our contact from initial appointment to end of installation.  The office team was efficient and knowledgeable.  The materials I was mailed after setting up my estimate arrived very quickly and were very comprehensive. I can't say enough good things about Larry and Sean. Larry did not try to pressure me into buying anything- he took the time to show me all options I had available to me and the decisions were mine to make. He provided outstanding product knowledge and showed genuine concern for my particular situation. Sean was an outstanding foreman. He and his crew worked efficiently and got a big job done, and most importantly done well in the 2 days they were here. I would highly recommend both Larry and Sean to anyone who is considering Adirondack Basement Systems.   PS: it was great to have a construction crew that did not smoke on my property!

Reinstalled a sump pump, dug out the pit, installed collection pail, installed new pump, backfilled and concreted around new collection pail, redid the piping and exit through the foundation Excellent job!! I contacted them by email, they responded the next work day and set up a home visit. A couple days later I received a package of material from the company detailing different drainage scenarios that caused wet basements including "natural" events and solutions. The initial contact person was very knowledgeable, came out looked over the situation and sat down and wrote a proposal. The day of the installation, the worker arrived on time, very professional and polite! He went to work and as it turned out there was not bed-rock in my floor (which would have cost extra to be jack hammered out in order for the sump pump to be installed appropriately.) When he had finished the work, his work area was cleaned (cleanest area in the basement.) I talked with the office, they returned my call to inform me that the extent of the prep work was less than expected and that I would be refunded. The entire experience was very excellent!!

The installation crew were very polite, considerate and generally a pleasure to work with. They left no mess!!! My design specialist Richard Keigley is very responsive to all of our needs, as is  the office team and very friendly. We chose Adirondack because of REPUTATION and REPUTATION!!!This is our 2nd project with Adirondack Basement Systems. We are very happy with the 1st installation, hence the callback for the 2nd portion.. I DO NOT anticipate any problems, everyone is GREAT from the office staff to design team to installers!!!Thank you!!!

So far the system has been great! No more puddles!  The dehumidifier is awesome.  It's a pleasure to walk in the basement and not have it be smelly and damp.  After the latest rain I went to check the basement and not a sign of water!
